Ken R. Dodson

Ken loves to speak with advice-seeking local professionals about title issues and real estate transactions. Ken considers it a major success when he is considered the best of the best in the Title Company. Often receiving calls from clients that say a previous client told them they should call Ken for the tough questions to answer. Ken’s personal interests are in his family, ranching, german shorthair pointers, and hunting.

Vicki Conquest-Niblett

-Vice President/Secretary and Policy Supervisor-

Vicki has been in the industry since 1985 and has been with Wise County Title Company since 1992.  After closing for the first 18 years, Vicki made a move to become Policy Supervisor. . Vicki attributes her abilities in the industry to her mentors Ann Robertson from Kerrville Title Company and Debbie Hearrell from Wise County Title Company.  She states, “I believe that my longevity and success in this business can be attributed to both of these brilliant women and their work ethic, knowledge, and willingness to take countless hours to teach anyone willing to learn”. Vicki enjoys the industry because it is a privilege to help people accomplish their housing goals, whether it’s a first-time or experienced buyer or simply a refinance.

Debbie Remmele Leatherman

-Vice President-

of Paradise has been in the title industry since 1976 and has been with Wise County Title Company since 1999. She currently serves as Closing Department Manager and Escrow Officer. Debbie has been a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Area Business Woman’s Network, Ambassador for the Decatur Chamber for 2 years, and is a Lifetime active member of the First Baptist Church of Cottondale Texas. At Wise County Title Debbie Leatherman actively assists in property transfers for clients of all types, commercial, land development, unimproved properties, and resale residential. Real Estate transactions are big events for most people. Debbie and her team take pride in making your process efficient and stress-free.

Berry White

- Vice President & Attorney at The Berry White Law Firm, PLLC -

Berry graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.B.A. in Management (2001), a B.B.A. in Marketing (2001), an M.B.A. with a focus on International Business (2002), studied at Richmond University – London, England, and CIMBA – Asolo, Italy.  He then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the University Of Denver Sturm College Of Law (2005).  Berry is a licensed attorney in both Colorado and Texas. Berry is involved with his community and church in various volunteer roles.  Berry currently serves on the Board of Directors for Wise Choices Pregnancy Resource Center, previously served on the Texas Tech Scholarship Committee in Fort Worth, and now serves on the Texas Tech Rawls College of Business Advisory Council.  He also established two endowed scholarships – one at the University Of Denver Sturm College Of Law and the second at the Texas Tech School of Law.
